The ask. Peak Outdoor Co. wanted an editorial-feeling Shopify storefront that didn't look like every other premium outdoor brand. Content velocity mattered — marketing needed to ship daily without engineering involvement.
What we did. Hydrogen storefront with Sanity as CMS. Editorial product pages with rich content blocks, a curated-looks feature, and CDN-hosted image pipeline. Marketing got a full content studio in Sanity with preview flows.
Results. First Contentful Paint dropped to 0.4s. Average session depth grew from 2.1 to 4.8 pages. The marketing team now ships content changes without touching a PR.
What continues on retainer. Sanity schema evolution, new content blocks as campaigns demand, and performance guardrails enforced via CI.
